These terms are the agreement between you and omegle.homes ("the site", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the chat room you accept them, so please read the eligibility and acceptable use sections before you start.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract with us, and that you are not barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
Access to the chat room is granted through a Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, and do not create accounts to work around a suspension.
The room exists for conversation between adults. The following are grounds for immediate removal and a permanent ban, at our discretion:
Video and text chats are processed in your browser. We do not record, store, or monitor your camera and microphone streams on our servers. You are responsible for what you choose to show or say, and for the security of your own device. Assume that any conversation can be screenshotted or recorded by the other party, and act accordingly.
We may review reports, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove access at any time, with or without notice, when we believe these terms have been broken or that the room is being misused. Moderation decisions are not a channel for settling disputes between users, and we are not obliged to remove a specific account on request.
Pro and Studio are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on the interval you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
The site design, copy, and software belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your use of the site does not transfer any ownership. "Omegle" and any other third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; we claim no rights in them, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that matching will find you a partner at any given moment, or that the service will be free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features you have paid for, with a pro-rated remedy where the law requires one.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or from the conduct of any other user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it.
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
